dall'eremo di Montepaolo all'eremo della Verna per giungere alla basilica Papale di Assisi.

Fron Antonio .... to Francesco from the Purity of speech ... to the Alter Christus ....... an endless way
Here is a real pilgrimage on the original paths of Francis:
In 2002, after arriving on foot in Assisi, the intention arose to conceive and dedicate a path to Francesco and Antonio, two lamps which in the late Middle Ages illuminated a decadent church, and in just one decade, the fervor of their Faith, he has given new vigor to evangelical devotion in every population.
... after a few years of research and in-depth study on the culture of pilgrimage in Italy, which unfortunately had been completely lost, with many complexities we have recreated a path very relevant to the ancient Franciscan places, creating the prerequisite for certainly not only living a splendid journey, but also a Great Inner Journey; ... in particular for those who in this very dispersive era need to look within themselves for an existential assessment of their Going, in order to rediscover the radical nature of their Being, which will become an excellent aid to eventually reprogram their To come.
We also wanted to create a series of moderate welcome and in line with the intentions of each pilgrim; to avoid it happening as in other paths (since today, this is fashionable, so that they are rising like mushrooms), more than anything else, aimed at a tourist need or territorial image, which transforms the pilgrim into a customer, altering the flavor of a fraternal hospitality.
……it is good to create new opportunities to live our Essentiality better and better, since in this era so inflated with superfluousness, it makes us resume the indelible paths of Love and Brotherhood that these Our Brothers have left us as a legacy, to defend ourselves from the overwhelming robotization that is annihilating our individual creativity, making us dependent and slaves of progress.
..........yes! .. it's time to find a glimmer of lucidity ?? ..... ...... Talithà Kum !!!!! .... (don't look back .. Yes !! ... it's time to go)
... awakening that courage that already lives in Us, to get out of this indolent imprisonment ?? ......

NB ... Saint Anthony Portuguese by birth, will find the hermitage of Montepaolo as his first Italian residence, where he made himself last by serving all his brothers, despite being very well educated in the sacred scriptures being also a priest (Francesco called him ??. .. My Bishop). In two years he transcends his human part, becomes Provincial of Romagna to become itinerant of the Gospel and will be elected as "great thaumaturk of Christianity"; to finish ?? ... when he was alive he was known as Antonio da Forlì, while in Portugal he took the name of Antonio da Lisbon, while from us he took that of the city where he died, where he lived just 6 months .
